Adding a Customer

The HyDip Tags (Fobs) used by designated customers to dispense fuel are grouped together under Customers. A Customer could have a number of Tags assigned which are issued to end users which typically include drivers and operators.

Register a new Customer

From the Main Menu choose Networks > Customers.

Select a Network from the list where the Customer is to be created and then in top right corner choose Add Customer.

Fill out the values on the next page as is required for the Customer, and click on Create.

Register a Tag

From the Main Menu choose Networks > Tags.

Select a Network from the list where the Tag is to be created and then in top right corner choose Add Tag.

Fill out the values on the next page as is required for the Tag and click Save.

An 'X' in the Status field for a Tag means it is not yet attached to a Customer.

Transactions requested by Tags not attached to Customers will be refused.

Assign the Tag to the Customer

From the Main Menu choose Networks > Customers.

Select a Network from the list where the Customer is to be configured.

Locate the Customer in the list and use the "/" icon on the right to expand the row. Click on the Actions button from the expanded row and select Manage Tag(s).

Input the Tag UID (User Identification) number of the Tag that will be given to the Customer and click Create.
