Getting started

Managed service customers who acquired a HyDip device through a re-seller will have been provided with credentials for the HyDip online control panel. Self-service customers can get started with a device serial number and the accompanying authorisation code.

Self-service customers

1. Go to HyDip.com
2. From the Navigation bar at the top select Create Organisation option.
3. On the next page select Create a new organisation option under the Start with an organisation heading.
4. Fill in the form with your company name, email address and serial number & authorisation code of your HyDip device.

Serial number & Authorisation code

The Serial number can be found on the side of the HyDip device.

The Authorisation code will be supplied to you when buying a HyDip device.

5. Click on Create organisation button.
6. The Organisation will be created and the device will be added. The device will be shown on the next page.

Managed customers

1. Go to HyDip.com
2. Press 'Login' at the top right
3. Login with the credentials supplied by the reseller.
