Set up internet
On 3G/4G
- Insert a data enabled SIM card.
- Go to
Settings > Network > 3G/4G-LTE > Preset
and choose your operator's APN, User, Password details or input them manually. - In the menu press on
Sync
and wait for the device to synchronize with the server
On Ethernet
- Plug in an ethernet cable between the device and a router.
- In the menu press on
Sync
and wait for the device to synchronize with the server
Troubleshooting - Device not syncing
Could be a server side problem: - Server down or server experiencing issues. - The device is misconfigured on the server side (in the admin panel). |
Could be a device problem: - Poor reception or no 3G/4G antenna attached. - SIM card does not have internet/data access enabled. - SIM card has a PIN number enabled. - Missing SIM card. - Incorrect APN / User / Password details. |
Note that a synchronization failure does not mean the loss of any data. All data will be uploaded on the first successful sync. |
