Provisioning tasks are run at a fixed time interval every 40 minutes. This is defined by Microsoft and cannot be changed.
To check if provisioning is running smoothly try changing an attribute on a User profile in AD. After the provisioning job is run the changes should be reflected in HyDip platform. Check ‘Provisioning logs’ for any error messages.
You can also try to add a new user to provision on Azure AD end and check if you can see newly created user account in Users/groups’ tab, after provisioning is completed.
